Where do I get the Strength and Health Bonus numbers?

Strength and Health bonuses must come from a battle report. These bonus numbers cannot be taken from the Army screen, because those numbers are calculations that include the Hero and all three captains that are currently in your city.

Where do I get the Leadership and Dominance numbers?

Leadership and Dominance numbers must come from the Attack screen, not the Stats screen from your captain.

Can I just enter my Leadership and Dominance numbers?

Of course not! This defeats the purpose of using a stack calculator.

Should I use Engineering?

If you are T9, have all Battle Tactics and Expert Battle Tactics talents related to Unit Strength and Health maxed, and of course have finished the research, then Yes, you should send a stack of E9 Josephine2 troops as a sacrifice.
